We’re Hiring: Quotes/sales Administrator

Are you organized, professional, and great with people? We’re looking for a dedicated Quotes Administrator to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with project managers to prepare accurate and timely quotes
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback via emails. Telephones calls and whatsapps
  • Must have strong sales experience
  • Must be able to interface operations (provide information documentation, Manage arrangements of job commencements, obtain and provide feedback to the client)
  • Must be able to provide stats on sales for project managers
  • Compile clear and concise reports for management
  • Ensure client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Comfortable working with numbers, quotes, and reporting tools

We’re Hiring: Experienced Tiler & Painter

Location: Pinetown

We are an established maintenance and renovations business based in Pinetown, seeking a skilled Tiler & Painter to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of proven tiling and/or painting experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality finishes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent workmanship
  • Own tools and reliable transport (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Tiling:

  • Accurately measuring, cutting, and laying tiles
  • Grouting, sealing, and finishing surfaces to a professional standard
  • Repairing and replacing damaged tiles
  • Working on bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and walls

Painting:

  • Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and applying primer)
  • Applying paints, stains, and protective coatings with brushes, rollers, or sprayers
  • Mixing and matching paints to achieve required colors and finishes
  • Ensuring neat edges, smooth coats, and durable finishes
  • Performing touch-ups and maintenance painting when required
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized, with minimal disruption to clients
